Rami Reddy, he established The Sree Muvva Foundation in his mother's name in 2014. The foundation aims to support Sateesh's native country, India, by undertaking initiatives that uplift communities and individuals in need.

One of the foundation's significant achievements has been providing fresh water and sanitation services to the 10,000 people of Pedaparimi, South India. Previously reliant on imported water, the village now benefits from a state-of-the-art purification system that prevents wastage of water, retains minerals, and eliminates bacteria using advanced micro and ozone filtration technology. Additionally, the Sree Muvva Foundation sponsored the creation of a comprehensive sewage system too.

Sateesh is proud of the foundation he created in India, however his generosity extends beyond his home soil. He has supported the visions of the Dapto Rotary Club in Dapto, NSW for years - donating five acres of land for them to operate on and use as they please. He also makes regular monetary donations to cancer research charities.
